I rented a car for 40 & arrived late, agent asked for 30 penalty although I will return the car in the original booked time.I rebooked again & got the car for 38.As I wanted the car for a short one day trip I didnt include insurance.Upon receiving the car I noticed damages & missing parts in the car, seeing how the employee deal with other customers I was extra careful & I took pictures of the damages & send it to his email as a documentation for the car condition.When I returned the car, the person receiving the car confirmed to me that the car has no damages. After couple of hours I received a charge from enterprise of 850 which was due damage claim.The agent denied receiving the email;I had a German friend talk to them & i got a new person who I forwarded the email to them.After they viewed the email they apologized & refunded the 850 however due to exchange rate difference between the charge & refund this cost me 51 & enterprise refused to compensate it although its their fault.My advice enterprise is the cheapest rent a car company in Hannover airport however this would cost you more , go for another company even if the cost is higher.
I cannot evaluate it less than one star. In the afternoon there's only one guy, so be prepared to spend more than 20 minutes to pick up your reservation. Good luck.
They charged me 4 times for 1 car hire which had been piad in advance 1 week earlier so total of 5 payments for 1 car hire period... i had to cancel my card and get my bank to dispute the payments . stay away from ENTERPRISE OR ALAMO . P.S UPDATE>> JUST A REFUELLING CHARGE FOR 385 EURO . in a 60 litre fuel capacity vehicle.. you do the maths.
Man sollte diese Vermietung unbedingt meiden!! Vorschden werden nicht gekennzeichnet und dem Mieter bei Abgabe in Rechnung gestellt. Reklamationen werden auch nicht beachtet. Es ist einfach unverschmt.

Top Auto zum Top Preis.Ich hatte ursprnglich einen Golf 7 oder hnliches gebucht, dann konnte ich vor Ort fr 5 extra einen Automatik Golf 7 bekommen. In 2 Tagen rund 300 km mit 15 Litern Diesel gefahren. Bei der Rckgabe aus Versehen wieder im Parkhaus geparkt, dann hat der freundliche Mitarbeiter mir den Mitwagen-Rckgabeplatz erklrt. Alles super.
